Stephen P. Sapunor

Mr. Sapunor started his long career in commercial real estate with The C.A. Larson Investment Company of Beverly Hills in 1985. He was involved in mortgage banking and other financing representing national insurance companies and banks for commercial and multi-family properties throughout California. In 1989, he began his career in tenant representation for the Los Angeles-based firm Corporate Realty Associates, Inc. and worked there for 29 years until founding Commercial Market Advisors in 2018. Steve has represented local, regional and national clients in all aspects of commercial leasing and sales in all fifty states and markets big and small, urban and rural. He has extensive experience in office, flex, industrial, retail and medical properties. He offers his clients knowledgeable insight into all aspects of the leasing and sales processes, from site research and selection to final contract negotiations. His experience in such a diverse array of transactions adds considerable value to the implementation of his clients’ real estate strategies.

Ms. Koehn began her commercial real estate career with an emphasis on operations. After gaining extensive experience in property management, asset management and construction management, she began focusing on commercial leasing. As Director of Leasing at Birtcher Anderson Properties in Southern California, Ms. Koehn worked with both large investor group portfolios and smaller privately-held portfolios. In 2008, Ms. Koehn transitioned from landlord to tenant representation spending the next 10 years at Corporate Realty Associates, Inc. before leaving to help form Commercial Market Advisors Inc. at its inception. Ms. Koehn has completed transactions in forty-five states and has experience in office, flex, industrial, retail and medical properties. She strives to build strong client relationships and brings creativity to the negotiation process. Her experience in both operations and leasing, and in representing both landlords and tenants, affords her a unique perspective which helps her achieve her clients’ real estate objectives in an ever-changing marketplace.
