Commercial Market Advisors was newly founded in 2018 by company President Stephen Sapunor. With more than forty years of experience in the business of tenant representation, the professionals at CMA aim to provide top tier service for our clients irrespective of size or location. We have developed the site selection process down to a science, emphasizing personal accountability, expertise and follow through in every aspect of implementing our customers’ real estate strategies. We represent national, local, large, small, urban, suburban and rural clients with equal zeal in the search for office, medical, flex, retail, industrial and warehouse properties throughout the United States.
Tenant Representation
CMA represents only tenants. We are a boutique firm based in Los Angeles that works nationally, regionally and locally for every size company – from sole proprietors with single locations to national corporations with hundreds of facilities. We negotiate on behalf of our clients for office, retail, medical, flex, industrial and warehouse space. Whether it is a single occupancy branch, an office or clinic, a corporate headquarters, a call center or a distribution center, CMA will work directly with our clients to find the best location for their needs.

Our customers can depend on us to work every transaction personally – with no handoff to another affiliate. Our agents will provide market research and real estate negotiations to companies with requirements that range from small, rural locations to large facilities in urban metroplexes.
